How does ParsoFast work?
Delivery Partners post the trips they are already making — say Pune to Mumbai on Friday evening. You book space in their car for your parcel, hand it over at a pickup point on their route, and the receiver collects it at the drop point with a delivery key.
Do I need the app to send a parcel?
No. You can search trips, book and pay right here on the website. The Android and iOS apps add push notifications and in-app chat with your Delivery Partner.
When do I pay?
Only after the Delivery Partner accepts your request. Your booking first goes to the Delivery Partner; once they accept, you pay online (UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay) within the time shown, and the booking is confirmed.
How much does it cost?
The delivery fare depends on the parcel type and the distance it travels. A small platform fee and GST are added, and the exact total is always shown before you pay.
How is my parcel kept safe?
Delivery Partners are KYC-verified. You add photos of your parcel when booking and the Delivery Partner photographs it again at pickup. The receiver gets a 6-digit delivery key — the parcel is only handed over when they share it — and you can follow the trip on a live tracking link.
Does the receiver need an account?
No. Send them the delivery key and the tracking link from your booking. They can follow the parcel on the web and collect it with the key.
What can I not send?
Illegal goods, weapons or explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, cash, gold and valuables, living things, and perishables that need refrigeration. The full list is shown before you book.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, before pickup. Cancelling a request the Delivery Partner has not accepted is free. After payment, any cancellation fee depends on how close to departure you cancel, and it is always shown before you confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
